At RoCo we understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide us with a 48 hour notice to avoid cancellation fees.

Cancellation Fees are as follows:

•   Less than 48 hours notice will incur a fee of 30% of the service booked.

Failure to abide by our policy, may result in individual to pay in-full for desired services at time of booking. These payments will be non-refundable but may be utilized for future appointments.

If a client has at least 1 ‘No Show’ appointment, rescheduling will require a deposit for desired appointment.
